Brand + spatial · Voice AI Collaboration Hub

One signal line,
listening in every room.

A brand and spatial system for Deepgram’s first physical outpost — a Voice AI Collaboration Hub in San Francisco where the interface disappears into the room itself. A single cyan signal line threads the ceiling, marks circulation, and turns every space into a live read of the work happening inside it.

Deepgram Voice AI Collaboration Hub — the collaboration floor, San Francisco

The problem

Voice AI sells an interface you can’t see. The product is a model listening and transcribing in the background — invisible by design. When Deepgram needed a flagship space to host partners, hackathons and their own team, the brief was to make that invisibility legible without turning the office into a showroom.

The idea

Put the waveform on the ceiling. A continuous cyan signal line runs through every room — hallway, hackathon floor, focus lounge, reception — the same line that appears in the product’s own transcription view. It is wayfinding, ambient status and brand mark in one gesture: walk the line and you are walking through the model listening.

What it covers

An environmental brand system and signage family, a flexible logo built around the signal-bar mark, an opening campaign for the San Francisco launch, and a short motion identity for event and digital use.

The collaboration floor

Long tables, black cube seating and exposed structure — the working core of the hub, where the signal line runs brightest.

Reception & lounge

The signal line lands first at reception — a vertical drop of cyan light that marks the Deepgram wordmark before you reach the desk.

Focus & meeting

Quieter rooms carry the same language at a lower register — the line thins, the light dims, the wordmark recedes to a single mark on glass.

Brand identity

Ten directions for the mark before settling the family — the built system runs the signal-bar icon across a horizontal lockup, a stacked badge, and single-mark use for favicon and signage.

Brand system

Signal cyan on void black, Manrope for the wordmark, IBM Plex Mono for every coordinate and label — the same voice the product uses to caption a room, applied to the room itself.

Motion

The signal-bar mark set in motion — a looping pulse built for loading states, event title cards and the hub’s own entry screen.

Launch campaign

A four-piece set announcing the San Francisco opening — wordmark-led, invite-led, space-led and a straight RSVP card, built to run as a single flight across social and print.

The room doesn’t show you the AI.
It just sounds like it’s listening.
