Insurance is invisible.
The world it insures is not.

REVEAL is an events programme built on a single premise: in commercial insurance, business is won on relationships, and the carrier who hosts the most extraordinary evenings builds the deepest ones.

REVEAL long table with immersive projection walls
The long table · the room does the talking before anyone speaks

The problem

Every carrier in this market hosts the same event. Hotel ballrooms. Golf days where the relationship is meant to happen somewhere between the third hole and the bar tab. Industry dinners with a slide deck nobody wanted. The format is so standardised that it has stopped carrying any signal at all.

The idea

Shepherd insures data centres rising out of the desert floor, solar farms, construction sites where billions are being assembled to power the AI build-out. That world is vast and elemental — and none of it survives the journey into a ballroom. REVEAL puts the guest inside it: an evening built as a sequence of rooms, each one a distinct emotional state.

The name

In architecture, a reveal is the depth of a window or door opening — the shadow gap between the wall face and the frame that gives an edge its dimension. It is the detail you do not notice, doing the work. For a carrier whose product is invisible until the day it matters, that is the whole argument in one word.

Three modes of production

01 · We go

Buy out a venue already operating at the peak of its craft. No build, no fabrication risk — the fastest route to a world-class evening.

02 · We build

Take an ordinary space — a warehouse, an industrial waterfront, a former foundry — and construct the world inside it. The venue does not need to be extraordinary. Shepherd makes it extraordinary.

03 · We commission

Build nothing. Find a landscape that is already the argument and put the table in it, with a chef and a producer commissioned around the site.

Four tiers, one philosophy

SCity edition

20 brokers. One room, the right people, no slides. Four cities a year.

MRegional

40 brokers and partners. Wine country and coastal landscapes.

LBuyout

A private buyout of a venue already extraordinary in its own right.

XLBuilt world

A commissioned landscape built for one evening and struck the next day.

The sequence

Every event is designed as a sequence of spaces rather than a venue with different areas — arrival as deliberate disorientation, then the table, then the release. Fifty considered impressions in one evening.

The guest list

Not open enrolment and not a sponsorship benefit. You cannot buy a seat and you cannot arrive uninvited. Every seat is placed on purpose, which is what makes the room worth being in.

The return

The question is never whether an event costs too much. It is whether it creates a relationship that would not otherwise have existed — and in this market a single one carries $500K to $5M of first-year premium.

You arrive as a professional. You leave as someone who had an experience.
