Say
Less.
A brand and campaign platform for SoundHound AI — the voice AI company running agents in drive-thrus, contact centres, pharmacies and cars.
The problem
AI investment is forecast to hit $2.5 trillion in 2026. Nine in ten organisations already use it. Almost 80% of them report no material impact on profitability — what McKinsey calls the gen AI paradox.
The reason is that the AI which scaled is AI for desk work. The functions that actually generate revenue — the drive-thru at 7pm, the claims line, the pharmacy counter, the car doing 70 — run in real time, in noise, on voice. And they have the least margin for error.
The platform
SAY LESS. Two words, three readings. The customer says less — no menu trees, no repeating your account number. The business says less — the platform configures itself from transcripts you already have. And “say less” as slang: understood, it’s handled — which is precisely the promise of an agent that finishes what it starts.
Every asset in the system is built to be understood in under two seconds, because that is the standard the product is held to.
Live, interactive work
Three working prototypes, not pictures of prototypes. Each runs in the frame below — or open it full screen.
The centrepiece is a live transcript: a drive-thru order where the customer says “actually, make that no onions” mid-sentence and the agent rewrites the existing line rather than appending a new one. That single behaviour is the entire technical argument, so the page makes you watch it happen before it claims anything.
Six working micro-demos instead of six screenshots. Drag the noise slider and watch a cascaded speech pipeline’s error rate climb while the voice-native model holds. Trigger an exception and see the human-in-the-loop layer catch it without the customer knowing.
Built as a tool rather than a PDF in a browser. Swatches copy their hex on click and calculate contrast ratios live, the type scale has a working scrubber, and the Utterance mark runs on a canvas you can pause.
LinkedIn carousel
Ten slides on the gen AI paradox. One idea per slide, a progress waveform along the bottom edge, and slide nine flipping to a light ground so the proof point lands hardest.
Social system
Nine squares that compose into a single pattern on a profile grid while each still works alone in feed. Every stat card carries its source.
Out of home
Six sites, seven words each, no subheads. Placement is part of the copy — the stadium approach carries the line about noise, the airport carries the line about being on hold.
Motion
The Utterance mark. Amplitude follows a synthesised speech envelope rather than a sine wave — including an interruption where a second speaker overlaps the first, which is the whole point of the mark.
Campaign pitch deck
Twenty-two slides. Slide 21 names the biggest risk in the platform and argues for taking it anyway — a deck that claims no downside gets discounted.
